Su-Min Lim joined the firm in 1997. Mr. Lim’s primary responsibilities include sourcing and identifying growth companies in the Southwest and all aspects of deal management including evaluating, structuring and executing private placement, M&A and corporate restructuring transactions for Growth Capital Partners’ client companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Lim is a member of Growth Capital Partners’ Energy Practice and is responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with private equity, mezzanine investors and senior lenders.

Prior to joining Growth Capital Partners, Mr. Lim was a member of a team managing the institutional real estate portfolio for the Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Mr. Lim graduated cum laude from Southwestern University receiving a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Economics. He currently serves on the board of Westbrook Manufacturing and served on the Advisory Board of The Chippery. In addition, he is member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
