John Niehaus Joins Growth Capital Partners as
Director of the Firm’s Staffing Services Practice

HOUSTON, March 30, 2005/PR/ - Growth Capital Partners, L.P. is pleased to announce that John Niehaus has joined the firm as Director of the firm’s Staffing Services and Human Capital Management practice.  John was previously a Director at De Bellas & Co., a boutique firm specializing in Staffing Industry mergers and acquisitions.  John had been with De Bellas & Co. for nearly nine years and has significant experience in the staffing-related business segment.

In addition to his experience with De Bellas & Co., John spent six years providing analytical expertise to two NASA Johnson Space Center contractors, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and GB Tech.  John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and he received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
