Growth Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”) a Houston-based investment
and merchant banking firm, is pleased to announce that Shower Solutions, Inc.
has been acquired by Focus Products Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Sterling
Capital Partners and Waveland Investments.. Terms of the transaction
were not disclosed. GCP served as exclusive financial advisor to Shower
Solutions, Inc.
