Growth Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”) a Houston-based investment
and merchant banking firm, is pleased to announce that Noble Logistic Services,
Inc. completed a management buyout funded by Pine Creek Partners, Atlantic
Capital Group and Gladstone Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GCP served as exclusive financial advisor to Noble Logistic Services, Inc.
and co-invested in the transaction.
