Growth Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”) a Houston-based investment
and merchant banking firm, is pleased to announce that Spitzer Industries,
Inc. has executed a recapitalization with The Stephens Group, LLC. Terms
of the transaction were not disclosed. GCP served as exclusive financial
advisor to Spitzer Industries, Inc.
