HOUSTON, TX, July 24, 2007 – Growth Capital
Partners, L.P. (“GCP”) a Houston-based
investment and merchant banking firm, is pleased
to announce that Staffing Now, Inc. has acquired
Q&A Recruiting, LLP. Terms of the transaction
were not disclosed. GCP initiated the transaction
and served as an advisor on behalf of Staffing
Now.
