Growth Capital Partners, L.P. announces that JAG flocomponents n.a. has executed a Majority Recapitalization with HSBC Capital (Canada), Inc. and Bear Growth Capital Partners, L.P.

HOUSTON, TX, April 23, 2007– Growth Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”) a Houston-based investment and merchant banking firm, is pleased to announce that JAG flocomponents n.a. (“JAG”) has executed a majority recapitalization with HSBC Capital (Canada), Inc. and Bear Growth Capital Partners, L.P.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  GCP served as exclusive financial advisor to JAG and co-invested in the transaction.
