Growth Capital Partners, L.P. Announces the Recapitalization of Sunrise Oilfield Supply, Inc.
Houston, TX (September 2008) – Growth
Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”), a
Houston-based investment and merchant banking
firm, today announced that Sunrise Oilfield Supply,
Inc. has executed a majority recapitalization
with Wingate Partners. This transaction
complements GCP’s Energy Team as well as
strengthens its resume of energy services advisory
work, and GCP’s continued focus on the
private equity marketplace for middle-market
companies. GCP served as exclusive financial
advisor to Sunrise Oilfield Supply. The terms
of the transaction were undisclosed.
