TECHNICAL SYSTEMS’ IT
STAFFING BUSINESS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY STRATEGIC
STAFFING SOLUTIONS
Houston, TX (December 2008) – Growth Capital
Partners, L.P. (“GCP”), a Houston-based
investment and merchant banking firm, today announced
that National Technical Systems’ IT staffing
business has been acquired by Strategic Staffing
Solutions. This transaction highlights GCP’s
extensive expertise within the professional staffing
sector and demonstrates that staffing transactions
are still being completed, even in a challenging
economic environment. GCP served as exclusive
financial advisor to National Technical Systems.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
